This program (1/2 to 3 day programs) teaches your select training, HR, security, and management professionals the key-elements on workplace violence that can be imparted to every employee in your organization. Here is what they will learn:

About your Trainer: Steven C. Millwee, CPP

STEVEN C. MILLWEE, CPP is one of the highest rated speakers in the HR, security and management fields today. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of SecurTest, Inc., a national crisis management and applicant-screening firm in Tampa, Florida. He is the co-author with labor attorney John-Edward Alley of The Threat From Within: Workplace Violence. He is the author of The SecurTest System that consists of over 300 applicant and employment questionnaires that focus on workplace violence, theft, criminal history, and current illegal drug use, among others. Steve is considered one of the leading experts on negligent hiring, retention, security, and workplace violence. He has conducted threat assessments and interventions since 1978 without a single act of violent retaliation. Previously, Steve was the lead detective in the Unsolved Murder Unit of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Tampa, Florida. He formerly was with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington D.C. He has over 32 years experience in crisis management, investigations, testing and management.
