Steven C. Millwee, CPP – President & CEO

Steve Millwee founded SecurTest in August 1978 and serves as President and CEO. Previously with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the former chief detective of the unsolved murder unit of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in Tampa, Steve is considered an industry icon in background screening, workplace violence prevention and intervention, and security today.  Steve was the President of ASIS International in 2002 and the Chairman of the Board the following year, which is the leading security management association akin to the American Bar Association.  He is the leading expert witness called by counsel for background screening providers and companies in defense of claims of negligence associated with FCRA, EEO, workplace violence, negligent hiring, screening and security.  Board certified in security management, he is the author of The Threat From Within: Workplace Violence, the patented iReviewNow System, over 330 tests that screen applicants or employees for admitted behaviors, and three criminology investigation books. Steve is known for his dynamic leadership and invaluable expertise, making him a worthy asset in government and private sector enterprises worldwide. (See expert witness CV)

Raymond H. Humphrey, CPP – Chairman of the Board

Raymond Humphrey serves as the Chairman of the Board to SecurTest. Ray is an internationally recognized leader in the security-risk management field with extensive experience at the most senior levels of government and industry. Ray evaluates homeland security preparedness, deterrence, business continuity, consequence management, introduction of leading-edge security technology and similar initiatives at the municipal, state and organizational levels within the United States and other countries. Ray is a former White House Fellow and retired as a Colonel following 20 years of service in the U.S. Army. He remains the only individual to have served as both President of ASIS International and the International Security Management Association (ISMA).  He has been a mentor to Steve Millwee, our CEO, for over thirty years

Christine Robinson Millwee – Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Christine Robinson Millwee is the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of SecurTest, Inc. Her financial leadership has been the foundation for the solid growth of SecurTest for over 25 years.  A criminologist and business development expert, Christine brings a diverse experience from both the government federal law enforcement sector and private industry.

Mitchel Bonds – Chief Compliance Officer

Mitchel Bonds is our Compliance Officer for background screening.  A graduate of the University of Georgia and its Terry College of Business, he brings a wealth of experience in management.  He holds management responsibilities for compliance for our clients and the subjects or consumers that interface with us regarding their background reports.  An expert in FCRA and similar state laws, Mitchel leads our team of compliance experts to insure our patented iReviewNow System flows transparently.

Trang Le – Vice President – Compliance

Trange Le is our Vice President for Compliance. Also, a graduate of the University of Georgia, she is oversees our compliance and reinvestigation division. She holds management responsibilities for ensuring compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), state consumer laws, EEOC, and consumer interface with regarding their background reports.

Asia Larkin – Vice President – Background Screening Solutions and Training

Asia Cotton Larkin is one of our Vice Presidents of Background Screening. She oversees our background research division and runs our training program, which she helped develop. Having grown up on Guam, she is able to use her overseas experience in managing our International Background Screening Solutions. She is an expert in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), state consumer laws, and EEOC guidelines.

Rebecca Crenshaw – Vice President – Background Screening Operations

Rebecca Crenshaw is our other Vice President for Background Screening Operations. Also, a graduate of the University of Georgia, she oversees our background screening division. She holds management responsibilities for background screening for our clients and the subjects or consumers that interface with us regarding their background reports. An expert in FCRA and similar state laws, Rebecca leads our background screening team of certified screeners.
